Thank you for sharing your video with me.

I understood what you were talking about and I share a very similar story in every way. I was so burned out that I never wanted to be involved in any MLM or Networking organization again! I hate babysitting, I didn’t even do it as a child! Instead I would seek out other entrepreneurial opportunities and doing it since I was 8 years of age.

I am not in a financial position to take advantage of any of your wonderful training (everything that had a monetary value was taken from me and I am on the road to recovery)and I believe that it would work for me although I would not be using it for the purpose of MLM or anything similar. I agreed with your method for the most part.

I love the interviewing component because I love being able to actually communicate with people. It certainly makes the process of selection much easier.

Your courses are on my priority list, as I continue to accept and allow all good things into my life.

What I like most is your emphasis on the *simplicity* of the model, and agreed – the need is on placing all our energy in attracting the like-minded quality candidates, coaching them initially and then encouraging them to think on their own, blaze their own trail!

Very cool concept. I went from 4 business partners & 6 members to 2 business partners and 1 member in the 4 years I’ve been trying to get this business to work. I have a FT j-o-b making it very difficult, but after purchasing your first training set I have been feeling more confident and building better posture. I have already gained one more business partner. Thank you for sharing your secrets and making a different in my business adventure.

Thanks for the video and the upcoming site. I would love to create a culture where my reps did not need me. People are fallible and having a system in place would save me tons of time. I’d rather just be able to talk to my team once a week on a team call just to talk about success and leave the rest to you.

Hi Tom,

I think people need to realize that they’re probably A LOT more resourceful than they think they are, if they would just take the time to do some research and such, and not just depend on other people to do it for them, ‘the upline’, as you’re talking about in this case… I think that it’s an esteem builder, too, if people WILL just believe in themselves enough and have the confidence that they’re just as capable as they’re ‘upline’ in doing the business and finding the information, if they want it bad enough and will JUST DO IT!!!!!!! I do believe, too, that unfortunately, some people may come into the home business arena, say maybe with no experience, just a belief that they CAN DO a home business, and are not properly taught from the beginning these simple principles and reasons for them, that you are speaking of now. AN AWESOME VIDEO AND TRAINING TOOL… thanks!!!!!!!

Great Video Tom. I had been “orphaned” right from the start and felt that was an “unfortunte” thing to happen; however, this caused me to search for training with outsourced system and am very thankful to be an “orphan” today. Hearing you speak makes it easier for me to duplicaate this with my team. You do not want to be a “helicopter” and hoover over people all the time.

Great video! I agree- 24/7 Upline Martyrdom Model is simply unsustainable for everyone. Not only does it promote burnout for leaders–why would any new rep want to continue if they’re required to work 24/7? Plugging them into a training system that works is key.

Thanks for the training Tom. I’m new to network marketing and just plain have a hard time selling anything, even though the product is great and works, I use it myself. I’m not shy, I play in a rock band, but every time I try to bring up a home based business I get toungue tied and flustered. I wish I could sit in a corner and watch you work just to understand what the bleep I’m doing wrong! I’ll keep coming back for tune ups but excited as I am about the product I don’t think I could sell a lifevest to a drowning man. You have my respect for your talent I only wish I could duplicate it! Tom I admit this sounds great but I have a couple of questions and I don’t know if this is the place to voice them. Apologies if not.

I already have a 1-step marketing system for our new people (they just have to learn a very short and simple sentence and send appropriate people to a link), who are then brought in on 3-way calls (where practicable) to hear a skilled upline engage with their highly-qualified and pre-sold prospect. Between this and a debriefing each time, they soon learn to do this themselves and so the expertise gets pushed down the line rather quickly.

Question 1 is do you believe your new system could simplify that?

Question 2 is, how would you envisage your system working where specific product demonstration and word tracks are part of the presentation? I find that when I do a product demonstration, this personally and emotionally engages the prospect because they’re getting definitive proof of the product claims, and so the success rate climbs through the roof. I don’t think we can cut this out (I’d be glad if we could because it’s quite time consuming).

Question 3 is one probably everyone is wondering about. Is this system likely to be cost-effective for new recruits who frequently are spending their last dollars to enter the business?

If I could simply hand over new people to an expert trainer it would certainly make my job a lot easier. Also, I think that new people could become more effective because their warm leads are at first a little uncomfortable being handed over to a stranger, no matter how well edified
