Purchased your “Triple Your Sponsoring” program yesterday. I have purchased many a training program. From all that, I’ve learned I am not comfortable with many of the methods they teach. I have always been “too nice” to be successful, if you consider the direct, in your face recruiting styles most “gurus” teach. So you can imagine my joy and relief that a self-professed “good guy” has made millions in this industry! I am re-energized after listening to Weeks 1 and 2. I have been looking for years for a mentor/coach to learn from who fits my natural style of honestly wishing and wanting good things for people – beyond just what money we can make together. I remember when I first meet you at Spring Fling 2000 with Buck Reed & Sheri Sharman.

I’m especially thrilled to hear your emphasis on building and recruiting into a team culture. That is exactly what I need to embrace. I currently have a team of 10,000+ (which is good) but we have no culture. No relationship. And, of course, I take 100% responsibility for that. Time to change.
