Hi! I’m Kim Challan, a mother of 4 who’s extremely passionate about health and fitness and personally understand the steps to being lean and fit after children.
I did not come from a family of “good genes” or parents who taught me how to exercise and eat right. In college I joined a gym and I was shocked to learn that I was 33% body fat! If you look at body fat charts that is considered obese. And THEN, I became a mom. Not only did I enter motherhood, but I had 4 babies in 3 1/2 years. You could say when I looked at myself in the mirror shortly after giving birth to my 4th daughter, I was horrified and knew I needed to learn how to eat right and exercise right to get the right results.
I became passionately interested in changing the coarse I was on and dove head into learning how to eat healthy and exercise. After ONE YEAR of nailing the right formula, I was in the best shape of my life…yes, even after 4 children. My friend, I know what it’s like to be a busy mom and feel like you don’t have time to make yourself a priority. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed with diet options and different opinions and exercise programs. I know what it’s like to feel like I’ll never look good in my skin again. Every so often in life you have the opportunity to take hold of something and run with it, or you can just let it pass you by. For me, the chance to participate in the 21 day reset was one of those times. I had many stressors in my life and many excuses, but instead I chose to jump in. Boy am I glad I did!

To say that this experience is a life-changer is an understatement! I began this journey with the intent of ‘trying my best.’ Well, I did it! 21 days with no cheats and surprisingly wasn’t that difficult for me! After marathon training and race day, I assumed this was just my body from now on as I struggled to get my belly fat to dissipate after carb-loading! I joined this group for the accountability and I’m beyond grateful for what it has done for me! I have really enjoyed this Reset, but what I’m most grateful for is what I am taking away from it for both me and my family. My plan is to continue to eat sugar and carb free for now along w my exercising. I’ve also made a complete switch from cows milk to almond milk. I prefer how I eat now so why not keep going? My children eat differently and make better choices which warms my heart and I’m so happy they’ve learned so much through my experience and watching me.
