They aren’t going at 100%! You can still get results at 40%, but just imagine if you were going at 100%?
Sadly most networkers “believe” that they are working their businesses at full potential, but my coaching career has taught me that actually the reverse is true!
Back in the 8th grade, my football coach made us run up a terribly hard hill every single day and they told me, “Tom, you will pass out before you die”.
That gave me the mental toughness to do what I’m able to do in my home based business. When you flip the mental “switch” to 100%, your business will explode!

This is part 3 of our series about Total Home Business Freedom!
You may have heard me talk about “Level 3 Building” before but in this video I’m going to talk about exactly what it is and how you can work towards it in your journey to network marketing time leverage!
There are three levels and most people are in Level 1.
So what exactly is Level 1?
This is where you are still refining yourself. This is when you are getting rid of all of the fear, doubt, and worry that hurts so many people.
It’s where you are absolutely crushing what’s in front of you and mastering the basics such as talking to people, getting them to your presentation, and enrolling them.
Word of warning: While you CAN make a very good income when working your business this way, you will ultimately end up burning yourself out to the point where you are just sick and tired of the industry itself.
The huge myth that many people believe is “If I make more money, I will have more time”. Unfortunately, that’s not true at all!
In fact, sometimes you will have less time as your income goes up!
Ultimately you need to get to a point of more leverage, which is what I call “Level 2 Building”.
This is where 50% of the calls and communication is inbound and the other 50% is outbound. This is where you are starting to be more well known and you are starting to get more time leverage throughout your day.
All of this is great and can make you a lot of money, but the ultimate goal for you should be to achieve the “Level 3 Building” status.
This is when people know you, like you, and trust you and are actually seeking YOU out to join your home based business! Wouldn’t it be nice for people to start calling you instead of you calling them?

Your productivity needs to continuously go up and level off until you ultimately hit a stabilization point of enrolling a certain amount of people per week.
Then you start with your time up very high, but you ultimately leverage and outsource yourself out so that you have more time freedom!
I’ve always asked the question “Who says you have to work your brains out in order to make good money?”
My personal goal is to work only 7 hours/week, making 7 figures per year, and enrolling 7 people per week.
