Here’s your end in mind for total time freedom!

This is an extension of last video I made for you. I just told you that the very first step towards time freedom is to have an END IN MIND that you are going to do it.

Well now I want to show you what that “End in Mind” looks like!

Most people have an end in mind of being a great leader or making a certain amount of money, but the end in mind I’m talking about is a little different…

It’s a TIME FREEDOM end in mind!

Do you know how much time you want to be working your business every week a few years from now?

In the video I show you a simple chart that illustrates this.

Your productivity needs to continuously go up and level off until you ultimately hit a stabilization point of enrolling a certain amount of people per week.

Then you start with your time up very high, but you ultimately leverage and outsource yourself out so that you have more time freedom!

I’ve always asked the question “Who says you have to work your brains out in order to make good money?”

My personal goal is to work only 7 hours/week, making 7 figures per year, and enrolling 7 people per week.

Today I’m going to tell you a story about a situation that completely changed my life. I used to be in a financial services business and at that time there was a woman there who was making $4 MILLION per year.

On the other hand, I was broke.

Whats more, she was working less than half the amount of hours I was working!

Take a look at the differences between her and I:

She worked 7 hours per week, while I was working over 30+…

She made over $4 million/year while I was struggling to pay my rent…

She had clients GLADLY paying her big fees for her services, while I was driving 2+ hours to an appointment to close a $25 sale…

So the question of the day is…What did she do different than me?

We were in the same company, selling the same product, at the same time. So what was the difference?

SHE was leveraging her experience, skills, credibility and posture to get influential people to come to her and beg to do business with her.

From that moment on I had a complete paradigm shift about the way I wanted to build a home based business. I no longer wanted to be hand-holding all day and babysitting my team. Of course there is nothing wrong with helping your team, but it CAN get overwhelming.

After reading many books I learned exactly how to do this concept and I have developed it into a mindset that I like to call LEVEL 3 BUILDING.

This is when 90% of your calls are coming INBOUND instead of you calling OUTBOUND.

Now of course this inst an overnight thing and it does take a lot of time and expereince…

HOWEVER, there is something that you can do right now to take your first step towards being a “Level 3 Builder”!

T first step is to start realizing that you can do it and plan it with an end in mind.

Have a goal to eventually cut the fat out of all the things that you don’t need to do, and only focus on the things that make you the most amount of money in the least amount of time possible.

When you master this you can be one of the best builders, leaders and duplicators in the home based business, network marketing industry.

People often ask me, “Tom, when is the best time to work on my business?”

Years ago my old answer “when THEY are available”. However, this just goes to show how much I truly valued my time.

After years of calling prospects back on their time and when they were available, I decided that I just didn’t want to do that anymore. I no longer wanted to be a self-employed “slave”. I wanted to be a business owner. I wanted to have my time for myself and my family.

The last thing on earth I could ever want is someone else controlling my time throughout the day! I’m sure you can relate to that as well.

My prospecting hours are from 6:30am – 12 pm and then I am DONE for the day. That is what you need to do with your time. You don’t have to build at the same time I do, but there needs to be a set time in your day where you say “Okay, I’m done for the day.” You will be amazed as to how much work you get done!

So the big tip here is – don’t prospect on your knees

Treat yourself and your business as if you were Bill Gates or Donald Trump trying to pre-screen your next hire. How different would your posture be? As you can imagine, your posture would go up quite a lot.

When you do this, something magical will start to happen. All of the sudden, your PROSPECTS will now try their best to “fit in” to YOUR schedule. Isn’t that amazing?

When you master this, you will collapse time frames and work the business on your terms instead of other peoples’

In summary, the best time is the time that YOU want to build and when you CAN build.
